Moïse Luzolo is a photographer and director based in Paris.
After three years in the high school Louis-Le-Grand, he passes his high school diploma, in the scientific section, and begins to attend classes at the Atelier de Sèvres. There, he sharpens his artistic senses and starts photography.
During the following years, he studies a Photography & Video Bachelor at Gobelins school. He graduates in June 2019.
For his essay, he produces a documentary film, called Bendo, relating his history, living in the suburbs. He calls into question the idea of communautarism through different themes and issues, for a better understanding of love and hatred felt in the problem estates, under the eyes of the neighborhood “3 000”.
September 2019, he takes part in the contest “Filme Ton Quartier”, organized by France Televisions, with an extract of his documentary film Bendo. He appears in the top 10 nominees and wins the France tv slash prize.
This year rich in sensations allows him to recognize his love for cinema.
His work emphasizes capturing beauty and sharing stories through authentic emotions.
